My first forum

Heya folks, I thought I'd pop by to say I finally created by first ever forum. It's still in the making and I've yet to post anything other than the rules and regulations. But if any of you would like to join and give me a few tips on runnin' it, please don't hesitate to do so.

Uh oh, competition! XD I like your color scheme, including the turquoise (or is that aqua?), but it gets a bit bright on the eyes. Maybe that's just me tho.

I assume you already have a name, a theme (which I'm guessing is TMNT and MLP), and such picked out?

Well, I don't mean to compete or anything, I'm just moving my Yahoo! group groups.yahoo.com/group/turtlesandponies/ to there in hopes that it might be more active. Ah, I was wondering if the color scheme actually went through. When I was there last night, everything was white. XD

And now that ya mention it, I might call it "Turtle Power Meets Pony Magic" after the pilot fan-fic. If not that then something.

P'shaw, I wasn't really mad at you or anything (XD represents smiling or grinning).

I hate that Yahoo groups devoted to fannish discussions kinda died out in favor of LJ. I personally think they're superior to LJ, but that's partly because I detest LJ and the kinds of pple it tends to draw.

Uh, names, names... *thinks* "Turtle Power And Pony Magic" might appeal to fans of both series I think.

Eh I didn't really think you were, but I've always said competition is overrated.

Anyways, I get what ya mean, I do remember joining LJ but was never really very active on there.

But yeah, that's what I chose for the group name.

I thought the color scheme was a bit dark for the topics of the forum but that's really is your call.

I think I have said this before but TMNT and MLP what an odd conjunction. I've seen odder cross overs and don't get me wrong but when I think of one I cant think of the other in the same room so for me it wouldn't be the first thing that would come to mind in dealing with a cross over.

This is just personal speculation mind you, I mean no offense cause I like TMNT. *cough and used to watch MLP with my step daughter when she was 5 a long time ago cough.*

Anyway that said, I think its pretty neat

Yeah, I thought I fixed 'em so they'd be easier to read. But I'm still new at administrating a forum, gimme a break.

Anyways, yeah, I've been known to concoct some odd crossovers, but I try to make them work out. But thanks, Argu.
